– Service hotline with professional advice and remote support from experienced experts (on working days, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
– Analysis of incoming fault reports and planning of repair measures
– Spare parts support – Stocking of relevant Xantrex GT GT inverter spare parts and delivery according to valid price list
– On-call service with a response time of usually 24 hours (Level 2) and 48h (Level 3) for on-site service within Germany by qualified service technicians (weekdays)
